Welcome to The Adventurers Class!
Miss Parker, Ms Sherriff and Mrs Edwards.
We have got lots of fun things planned around our 'Minibeast' topic this term! On here you will find lots of helpful information about our learning and daily routines. Please take a look around and keep coming back to see photographs, links to helpful websites, important diary dates and more.
Do you have any ideas for this page? Why not let your Teacher know!
Have you seen the Kids’ Zone?
Play games and visit some cool websites. You can vote for your favourites.
Please ensure PE kits are in school each week. PE lessons will be held on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Please make sure that earrings are removed and long hair is tied back on these days. Also, please remember to clearly label all items of clothing in your PE bags!
Each half term a selection of home learning tasks linked to our topic will be sent home. Choose one task from the grid to complete each week. Please return your home learning books along with your completed task by Thursday each week so that we can share our learning with the class. Books will be sent home again on the Friday. If you have any exciting weekend news you would like to share with us, we would love to hear about it in your home learning books too!
Reading and Phonics
Your child will be sent home each week with the new phonic sounds that we have been learning that week. Please can you practise these sounds at home and reinforce those already learnt. Try to read as often as you can and write a note in your reading diaries to let us know how you got on. Additionally, don't forget to visit the Bug Club website for access to more books and further reading opportunities.
If you are unsure of your username and password please ask a member of staff and we will be happy to help.
